Terms of Sales
Prices quoted in U.S. and valid for a period of fourteen (14) days following the date of the offer and subject to availability.

C&S Wild, LLC accepts payment by cash, check, credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express with and additional 3% processing fee through Paypal), money order and bank transfer. Credit cards will be processed via Paypal. Items shipped within the state of California and the greater Los Angeles area are subject the current sales tax rate of 9.50%.

Costs of artwork(s) and shipping must be paid in full with a credit card, check, bank transfer or money order. Once the payment has cleared the artwork(s) will be sent.

Once the artwork(s) is received, the client will have three (3) days to decide to keep it or return it. The client will immediately notify Carolin Q. Wild if the artwork(s) is to be returned. Only approved shipping methods may be used.

If the artwork(s) is returned and is received in perfect condition, the Carolin Q. Wild will reimburse the cost of artwork(s) less the shipping and handling fee for shipping both ways and any associated costs.


Delivery
Shipping and handling costs are not included in sale prices. Artwork(s) will not be shipped until payment is received in full. The client must specify the delivery address when order is placed. We are sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Withdrawal and Return
The client has three days (3) after delivery date to notify Carolin Q. Wild as to the intent to keep or return the artwork(s). If the work is to be returned, my gallery will arrange for immediate pick up.
If artwork(s) arrives to the client in poor condition, client must keep the original packaging and notify Carolin Q. Wild immediately.

In the instance of a return, the client may ask for either (1) a refund of the price paid to Carolin Q. Wild, less shipping costs, or (2) an exchange of the piece of artwork(s) and a credit towards another work of art.

In order to return artwork(s) client must contact Carolin Q. Wild to make return shipping arrangements. The artwork(s) must be delivered to Carolin Q. Wild in original packaging as long as the packaging is in good condition. If the packaging is questionable or damaged, please call or email Carolin Q. Wild for instructions. The artwork(s) must be returned by the same method (carrier and type of service, i.e. UPS 2 day, art handler etc. ) used to ship artwork(s) to the client.

Refunds will be made in like form of payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned artwork(s).


Insurance/Liability
Insurance pertaining to the artworks are transferred to the client upon the delivery of the artwork(s). In the event that the delivery is delayed per the clients request, the liability shall pass to the client as soon as the client has been informed that the artwork(s) are ready for delivery. In the event that the artwork(s) is returned to Carolin Q. Wild, the client shall retain all liability throughout the return process until the artwork is received and inspected in good condition.


Confidentiality
All information on the clients, their respective business or affairs and the sales of the artwork(s) is confidential.


Modification And Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, and our Terms of Sale at any time and at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, terms and conditions each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
